PHYSICAL:
Non Genetically Modified, Low Fat, Low Fibre, Soy Flour is processed in a chemical free mechanical process, which precludes that development of the offensive “Grassy/Beany” taste associated with defatted soy that is a by-product of solvent extraction of soybean oil. In processing, the Non-GMO Soybeans are cracked in order to aspirate off the hills before the soybeans are cooked in a unique mechanical system. After cooking, the beans have the oil mechanically expelled, leaving a Low Fat Soy Meal that is milled into Soy Flour. The finished Soy product generally passes through a #200 mesh screen.
